Mr. Kruyt:

I am writing to encourage that you make every effort to settle the
outstanding
issues with CUPFA. Many of my professors were part-time faculty and my
studies were interrupted on account of these problems.

 It would not be reasonable to ask a dissatisfied employee be so
altruistic that they approach their work with verve and enthusiasm, as a
university professor must, when such problems persist. However, this is
exactly what many of my professors did. Don't coast on their dedication
in ignoring their demands again.
