This document provides ways that can help users to access the information provided by the CUPFA Web Site.

SEARCHING

To search for a specific term in a particular document, you can use your browser's built-in facility. With Microsoft Internet Explorer, one can use the Find button under the Edit menu. (All modern browsers have similar features.)

CONTENT FORMATS AND STRATEGIES TO ACCESS THEM

There are a variety of documents available the CUPFA Web Site. For example, the forms that are related to CUPFA and other normative documents that are of related interest to Part-Time Faculty have been, in general, provided in Microsoft Word or in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) formats.

Documents available in PDF are indicated by [PDF] or the icon PDF . Documents available in Microsoft Word are indicated by [Microsoft Word] or the icon Word.

To be able to view the documents in Microsoft Word, a user needs a Microsoft Word viewer such as the Microsoft Word/Office or Microsoft® Word Viewer 97/2000. To be able to view the documents in PDF, a user needs a PDF viewer such as the Adobe Reader which is available free of charge.
