Webinars on pay harmonization
The University has arranged two webinars to answer questions regarding pay harmonization changes. The first is Feb. 09 from 12 to 1PM and the second is Feb. 23, from 10 to 11AM.

In March 2021, as part of the university’s commitment to transforming its processes and aligning with best practices, Concordia will be harmonizing its existing bi-weekly pay cycles to simplify payroll process management and integrate with the new Human Resources Information System’s modules.
To learn more about this change, I encourage you to attend an information session designed especially for members of CUPFA. At this session, we will outline how the pay harmonization will impact you and take any questions that you might have. This change will not affect how much you get paid.
