On January 19th, 2017 CUPFA signed a letter of agreement (LOA) concerning the posting of courses for the Summer Term. \u00a0A similar LOA was signed in 2012, 2014 and 2015. \u00a0This LOA will apply only to the current year. \u00a0\u00bb Download LOA January 19 2017<\/a><\/div>\n

The minor modifications of this new protocol were agreed to by CUPFA following discussions that would accommodate the Employer, while keeping the dates at the end of the process intact. \u00a0The Employer’s position was that the timing of the initiation of the hiring process was difficult to incorporate into their deadlines. \u00a0This new process will now give the same amount of time as that allocated for the other hiring processes in the May and October periods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The dates will be modified as follows:<\/p>\n

Posting deadlines:\u00a0Changed<\/b>\u00a0from February 1st to\u00a0February 10th<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Application deadlines:\u00a0Changed<\/b>\u00a0from\u00a0February 15th to\u00a0March 3rd<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Recommendation deadlines:\u00a0Changed<\/b>\u00a0March 15th\u00a0ie.\u00a0March 24th<\/b><\/p>\n

Contract printing deadline:\u00a0Unchanged\u00a0April 1st\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Contract signing deadline:\u00a0Unchanged\u00a0April 15th\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Please note\u00a0\u00a0that the final contract signing deadline remains unchanged.<\/p>\n
